1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to JudiKing, an online betting platform operating under a valid international licence. This document sets out the terms governing the relationship between you as the user and JudiKing as the service provider.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the JudiKing platform — including the website, mobile app and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions contained in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using our platform immediately. judiking reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Player Eligibility

To be eligible to use the platform JudiKing, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout continued use.
• Be an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be prohibited by any court order, regulation, or law from participating in online wagering activities.
• You must not have an active diagnosis of problem gambling tendencies; if you are experiencing this condition, you are responsible for using the limit tools provided by our platform.

3Account Registration and Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the JudiKing platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all funds and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including:

• Full name as stated on your valid identification card or passport.
• Exact date of birth for age verification.
• An active and accessible email address.
• A valid Malaysian mobile number registered in your name.
• Bank account or e-wallet details for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. JudiKing will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

JudiKing supports a variety of local Malaysia payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, DuitNow, and various approved e-wallets. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit-Related:

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account within minutes of payment confirmation.
• JudiKing does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank may apply its own charges.
• All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawal-Related:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within timeframes set according to VIP tier — Diamond members enjoy withdrawals within 5 minutes; standard accounts within up to 24 hours on business days.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.
• JudiKing reserves the right to request additional documents for processing withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

JudiKing offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal players. All offers are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion, and the following general terms also apply:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new player. Attempting to reclaim this bonus through a new account is a violation of our terms.
• JudiKing reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6Game Rules and Wagering

All games available on the platform JudiKing — including online slots, Live Casino, Fish Shooting Games, and Sports Betting — are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers and our platform's general regulations.

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system verified by independent international audit bodies. Results are final and cannot be disputed unless verifiable evidence of a technical failure exists.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, judiking reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original bet to the player.
• The use of automation software, bots, hacking tools, or any other unauthorized methods to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• JudiKing reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet suspected of exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors in odds pricing.
• For sports betting, all bets accepted before an event begins are valid unless stated otherwise. Bets placed after the outcome is known — whether through insider information or a system failure — will be voided.

7Player Responsibilities and Obligations

As a player on the judiking platform, you agree to:

• Use this platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not as a primary source of income.
• Do not use the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activity.
• Ensuring all funds used for deposits are from legitimate sources and not proceeds of criminal activity.
• Do not share your account, password, or login credentials with any other party.

8Account Suspension and Closure

JudiKing reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any condition set out in this Terms and Conditions document.
• Suspected or proven fraud, unauthorized fund acquisition, or money laundering activities.
• Holding multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward staff or other players.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.

In the event of account closure for legitimate reasons not caused by a player violation, any remaining balance will be returned to the player once the investigation is complete. If closure is due to fraud or a breach of terms, JudiKing reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the account.

Players may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Such requests will be processed within 5 business days.

9JudiKing Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JudiKing will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of wagering activities on our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by internet failure, power outages, natural disasters or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform.
• Actions by third parties, including payment providers, game providers, or technology suppliers, that cause disruptions to our services.

The judiking platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the service remains available and fully functional, we do not guarantee that the platform will operate free of interruptions or errors at all times.

10Amendment of Terms and Applicable Law

JudiKing reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to players via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except where circumstances require immediate action.

Continued use of the judiking platform after a change notice has been sent or the effective date of the new terms — whichever comes first — constitutes the player's acceptance of the amended terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to JudiKing's operations. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties. If negotiations fail, the dispute will be referred to a recognized arbitration body.
